We enjoyed this place, it's top quality and incredibly beautiful. The services are VERY GOOD, including a nice pool. Furthermore, private parking is available. There are good rates in the property.

The location was good, just next door to central Park and the Metropolitan Museum as well as the Hilton, in a rural area.

Hotel decor was out dated. Toilet in bath room kept running keeping us up. They said they fixed it but it was never right during 3 day stay

Worst hotel experience

In general: Rooms were dirty , gift shop that's advertised turn sour to be closed can't get a thing in the hotel . Bar tender was rude when asked for a cup of 4$ coffee. Religious group on lobby taking up the entire lobby couldn't even sit down . Drunk bride and bridal party running up and down the halls all night asked for a quieter room, 1:30 am still don't give us a refund we just want to leave I'd rather sleep in my car . Being used to NYC prices, the reasonable price of this hotel had me worried that it wouldn't be nice. I was very surprised how upscale this hotel was. This is a modern, clean, and upscale place. Definitely recommend.

The facilities

The food, non quality and expensive

Staying at the hilton was fantastic! We had a comfortable king room close to the pool. The breakfast was a treat, especially with ms. Helene's excellent service. There were plenty of delicious options. The peaceful atmosphere really helped us relax, and the indoor pool with its big windows was a nice touch.

The hotel was nice, very clean, restaurant, bar, room service, spa, pool, staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Booked.net rate including taxes was paid for in cash at time of check in, but they charged my debit card an additional charge because they didn't honor the Booked.net rate when they ran it through their system. Had to forward email to manager to verify correct rate and still waiting for refund

Bed and pillows were very comfortable, the rooms were quiet and kept tidy, and staff was friendly and helpful. Wonderful location.

Minor quibbles: Low water pressure in shower and limit choices of TV channels.

Had perfect 10/10 stay for Wedding, the stuff where outstandingly accommodating, location was unbeatable in a rural wooded area of northern NJ. The room was a decent size with a bathtubwith a very comfy bed. Location: the hotel was adjacent to upscale malls and pine trees and green lawns and huge corporate campuses.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the hot breakfast with real scrambled eggs and fresh fruit. We loved hanging out by the outdoor swimming pool. The quiet atmosphere made for a nice, relaxing getaway. The check-in process was a bit unclear with the room keys, but it was no big deal 😊
